Yorktel is currently seeking a Project Manager for our client who will assist in the overall planning, management, and completion of multimedia projects and related communications campaigns and activities. This position regularly communicates to internal and external customers to achieve a mutually desirable outcome. This position will make recommendations to internal parties and customers in regard to concerns or issues and ensure resolution of any problems by working closely in conjunction with assigned clients. This position will regularly communicate answers to questions and respond to detailed inquiries about issues. This position handles and is expected to protect all internal and external confidential information and must utilize discretion and judgment based on company policies and procedures.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for tracking multiple and concurrent multimedia and communications projects within the client's facility.
- Work with the client to develop project scope of work and project plans
- Identify the technical approaches to be used on a given project and manage the project development process
- Document the life cycle of given projects and maintain all project-related documentation
- Manage project roles and responsibilities, identify resource requirements, coordinate appropriate project training needs, define project deliverables, provide customer satisfaction and reporting structures and ensure quality of assigned projects
- Assist the client by conducting market research and contributing information such as estimated project costs and recommend strategic plans and reviews
- Assist in the development of project-related budget and cost projections
- Assist the client in resolving project issues, identifying system improvements and ways to maximize system efficiency
- Must be proficient in the most current version of Microsoft Office Suite and its programs
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:
- The Project Manager shall have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management.

- Limited weekend and/or night work may be required
- Must be willing to complete suitability, background checks and drug screen as required by current or future contracts
