Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a passionate Sr. Project Manager for HH Global's Retail Services sector who will partner with our internal client teams as a subject matter expert ensuring long-term success of our client relationships.

This role will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with a portfolio of intercompany clients, connecting with internal client stakeholders and liaise between cross-functional internal design + engineering and operations teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our temporary display solutions according to client needs.

This position will be based in our Cincinnati, Ohio office.

Key Responsibilities

Operate as the lead point of contact for our internal client teams .

Facilitate collaboration to action creative briefs and workback schedules

Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, via technology platforms, reporting dashboards and quarterly business reviews.

Forecast and track key client metrics.

Establish and build strong working relationships with your team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to our clients.

Implement and manage the effective delivery of key client programs including communication strategies, client training, issue resolution and utilization reporting.

Retain and grow your assigned book of business including meeting all targets.

Bring new ideas + innovation to client teams.

Investigate, track and resolve client concerns; identify trends and implement solutions.

Strive to identify process improvement ideation, insights from data, and inventory risk mitigation where applicable.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of your clients' business.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

5+ years of account management or other relevant experience with temporary retail displays

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Understanding of structural POS and POSM manufacturing (can read spec sheets, understand POG/CAPE/BOM documents)

General understanding of Production Art

General understanding of Packout / Assembly / Kit Pack operations

BA/BS degree or equivalent
