Engineering Technician - 2nd Shift

Join our client, a forward-thinking manufacturing facility specializing in cutting-edge devices, as an Engineering Technician on the 2nd shift. As a valuable member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in providing hands-on technical support to Production Operations and Manufacturing Engineering teams in a clean-room environment.

In this role, you will:

• Support and drive productivity and improvement projects to meet process run rate targets
• Conduct hands-on failure analysis and investigation to address process nonconformities
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvement projects
• Design and fabricate manufacturing tools, fixtures, and devices
• Engage with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members on engineering projects

About You:

• Hold an Associates Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a technical, hands-on problem-solving role, preferably in a medical setting
• Possess hands-on skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hardware troubleshooting
• Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings
• Familiarity with Lean principles and structured problem-solving tools
• Proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
