About Us: We specialize in delivering complex infrastructure projects with precision and care. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a Project Coordinator to support day-to-day project activities, help streamline operations, and ensure critical deadlines and budgets stay on track. Role Overview: As a Project Coordinator , you'll be the connection point between our engineering, finance, and project management teams in our Naples, Florida office. You'll play a key role in organizing proposal submissions, coordinating budgets, tracking contract documents, and assisting with financial and schedule reporting. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working across departments, keeping things moving, and maintaining structure in a dynamic project environment.
