Scope of Position
The Imaging Facilities Operations Analyst provides support to the Imaging Facilities Operations Consultant in coordinating imaging equipment projects, procurement, installations, and facility improvements within the Imaging Services department. This position supports both inpatient and outpatient sites across the enterprise, ensuring efficient operational planning and execution. The role is responsible for managing minor renovations, coordinating equipment deliveries, assisting in procurement processes, and tracking key project milestones.
Position Summary
The Imaging Equipment Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation and oversight of imaging equipment-related projects and non-threshold or threshold facility improvements per the direction of the Imaging Facilities Operations Consultant. The role assists with project coordination, equipment procurement, equipment lifecycle tracking, installation readiness, and cross-functional communication. The position also serves as a liaison among vendors, imaging leadership, clinical engineering, IT, and facilities management to ensure successful delivery and integration of imaging equipment. Additionally, the coordinator supports administrative activities and provides routine project status updates to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
For Hire: Bachelor of Science Degree in healthcare, or related area, or comparable work experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. Four years of relevant experience required, 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience leading and implementing project management. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and facilitation skills. Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete projects. Ability to learn new systems software. Independent, very organized and self-motivated. Requires successful completion of a background check. Selected candidate may be requested to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen.
Ongoing: Meets mandatory education and health surveillance requirements. Demonstrates competence in technical, interpersonal, and cognitive skills required to meet essential job functions.
