We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join the Sustaining Engineering team in Florida, supporting a dynamic portfolio of products used in water parks, aquatic centers, and large-scale commercial pools. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer position include: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (some Electrical preferred) 3+ years of experience in a product or process engineering role, ideally within sustaining engineering Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with engineering project execution, RCCM methodology, and VA/VE tools Modify and enhance existing commercial pool products using customer, sales, and internal team feedback Create and maintain complete drawing packages, BOMs, and specifications while collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional teams Conduct FEA, DFMEA/PFMEA, tolerance analysis, validation testing, and documentation for product changes Ensure compliance with applicable standards (UL, CE, NSF) and drive continuous improvement Contribute to cost-saving initiatives, performance enhancements, and long-term product viability Utilize MRP systems, support ECO processes, and assist with hands-on prototyping and testing Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
