This position involves the management of an Environmental Consulting and Design firm oriented on assisting property owners to develop and maintain their property.

REQUIREMENTS

- Two years proven experience as an Engineering Design & Construction Manager or similar role.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and people skills.

- Proficiency in project management software (QuickBooks, Trello, Spreadsheets, etc.).

- Work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of contracting, Internet research, land topography, resource mapping, environmental consulting, construction and design are a plus.

- This employer will perform a drug, background, and DMV check.

JOB DUTIES

- Ensuring that the company is profitable and achieving client goals.

- Preparing project intake documentation, researching available information, creating proposals, contracts, reports, and presentations.

- Assisting project managers in planning, executing, and completing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.

- Communicating project status to all participants.

- Preparing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

- Monitoring project progress and manage any issues that arise.

- Ensuring all projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.

- Providing administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

- Supporting the team with other administrative & field tasks as needed.

PAY

- $62,400-$70,720/year

Salary: $62,400.00 to $70,720.00 per Year Depending on Experience, Depending on Qualifications, Plus Bonus
