Job Description This position is responsible for executing the strategic capital plan for a monoclonal antibody manufacturing facility. The incumbent will oversee small and large-scale expansion projects as well as facility and utility upgrades and improvements. These projects will include the design, purchase, and installation of process equipment. Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, allocate resources, and develop capital projects, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide engineering support in the development of project specifications including URS, functional specifications, and detailed design.
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders on the design, installation, commissioning, factory acceptance test, startup, and validation of equipment.
- Oversee contractor personnel, ensuring projects are completed within desired timelines, meeting engineering, quality, and financial requirements.

- BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or adjacent field; Chemical or Mechanical disciplines most preferred. On the job experience may be acceptable in place of degree.
- 2+ years previous experience in an engineering role supporting manufacturing operations and/or equipment installation in a regulated environment with a degree. 7+ years previous experience in place of a degree.
- Proven ability to deliver capital projects on-time, within budget, and with desired deliverables.
- Ability to understand, evaluate, and implement validation strategies in tandem with project activities.
- Mechanical aptitude

- Experience with Auto-CAD preferred
