Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Design Project Manager to join our water/wastewater team in Plainville, CT. The ideal candidate will lead the engineering design and project management of industrial wastewater treatment design and design/build projects. This role requires a natural problem-solver with expertise in process design and strong communication skills. The selected individual will play a key role in expanding our water/wastewater services. Responsibilities include leading project teams, managing project performance, and maintaining client relationships. The role involves up to 15% travel and business development activities. Skills and Requirements
8-10 years of professional experience with an engineering consulting or design firm
3+ years as a Project Manager with a proven track record
BS degree in an engineering discipline
Ability to work in Department of Defense locations
Experience with designing industrial water systems from new construction to upgrading or fixing system issues that arise. PE or EIT licensure
Experience with business development and client management
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Experience with lab water system design, or other complex industrial water challenges null
