Job Description

The Trucordia Mergers & Acquisitions team is seeking a strategic, self-directed Project Coordinator to support our Business Development function. This role is more than administrative - it requires a proactive operator who thrives in a dynamic environment, can anticipate needs, and brings a structured approach to supporting the full lifecycle of M&A activity. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to keep transactions and integration efforts running smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage M&A project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure timely and efficient execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Organize and drive due diligence efforts by coordinating with internal departments, compiling relevant documentation, and managing data rooms and shared resources.
  • Support post-close integration planning and coordination across business functions, ensuring seamless alignment and execution of integration tasks.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, meeting materials, and updates related to M&A activities, including scheduling and supporting leadership reviews.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring aligned communication, timely execution, and clear visibility across stakeholders.
  • Schedule and facilitate internal M&A meetings, including managing agendas, capturing meeting notes, tracking follow-ups, and supporting cross-functional coordination.
  • Proactively identify process gaps, roadblocks, or potential delays, and escalate issues as needed to maintain deal momentum and stakeholder alignment.
  • Provide executive support for the Senior Vice President by managing inbox communications, scheduling and coordinating executive travel, and supporting calendar logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, corporate development, or M&A support roles
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact confidently with senior executives and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools such as SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project tracking platforms
  • Working knowledge of M&A lifecycle stages including diligence and integration
  • Experience in a structured project or PMO environment is a plus
