Senior Project Manager

A South East based commercial builder is in search of a Senior Project Manager to be based in Atlanta. This company has experienced successful growth for decades and builds sizable projects in hospitality, healthcare, office buildings, higher ed, k-12, government and industrial markets. They are a top 400 ENR GC and have a significant backlog of projects. Relocation assistance is available.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience managing large teams and projects of at least $15 million
• Prior experience managing high-rise and mid-rise construction projects
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
• Availability to travel
