A national commercial builder is in search of a Senior Project Manager to join their Tampa team. This established company has experienced successful growth and builds in general commercial markets such as hospitality, healthcare, office, multifamily, retail, etc. They are known in the community for their visible projects, outstanding culture and excellent retention rate.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial and multifamily construction
• Experience managing large projects of at least $30 million
• Experience in managing a team
• Ability to form strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Business or related field is preferred
