Project Manager

An exciting opportunity awaits for a passionate Architect to join a well-established firm located in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will be driven by design and eager to excel, contributing to the development of projects from programming through procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop projects from programming through procurement.
• Produce construction documents in Revit.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and graphically.
• Work independently and collaboratively with consultants under the guidance of a project manager.

• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup.
• Experience in architectural design, schematic design, and construction administration.
• Ability to draft and produce construction documents and drawings.
• Minimum 3-5 years of professional work experience.

• Degree from an accredited school of architecture.
• Architectural licensure with reciprocity in NC preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Bluebeam.
• Creative thinker and problem solver.

The role is based in the Charlotte office, comprising a small, family-like team of approximately 12 people. Employees have the option to work hybrid, with most choosing to work in the office. The firm offers a flexible work environment, with benefits including 15 days of PTO starting off and the option to purchase stock. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
