Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage a wide array of projects, from small upgrades to large heavy equipment upgrades.
- Coordinate and oversee mechanical and electrical upgrades.
- Support larger projects during the outage/turnaround period.
- Report project progress and issues to the Capital Project Superintendent.
Qualifications
- Project management experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical experience.
- Experience in managing projects during heavy industrial outages/turnarounds/shutdowns.
- Ability to keep projects on time, on budget, and managed appropriately.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Primavera software.
- 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
- Experience in project coordination and engineering.
- Experience in construction management.
