Project Manager

Project Manager- (Commercial General Contracting) Looking for candidates with Commercial General Contracting experience. Car Allowance, Gas Allowance and 20-30% annual Bonus. Base pay range from 100-115k The Project Manager will support and supervise projects from end to end, ensuring that projects are completed within scheduling and budgetary constraints. The Project Manager should be self-motivated and able to adapt to ever-changing work environments. They should be familiar with all facets of managing projects, managing budgets and forecasting costs, coordination of sub-contractors with job schedules and delivery of quality work. Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of Experience Project Management
• strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Ability to read construction blueprints & specifications
• Clean Driving Record
• OSHA 10 Certification

Compensation:

• Base Salary: 100k+
• Bonus: Tier 1 (based on annual closed contracts and revenue)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all facets of projects; this includes managing budgets, schedules and all cost controls as well as ensuring quality installation of all coatings
• Manage client relationships and project expectations
• Provide internal reporting and projections on all active projects – WIP reporting and billing
• Communicate with Superintendents for project visibility and delivery of quality work
• Utilize Procore for setting up new jobs, initiating change events, monitoring daily job site reporting and GC communication amongst additional tasks
