Description
Design and build custom tools and fixtures that support PCB assembly, integration, and functional testing. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver mission-ready hardware at speed.
- Design and develop custom tooling, fixtures, and test jigs for PCB and electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers to define tooling requirements.
- Support rapid prototyping, low-volume production, and design-for-manufacturing efforts.
- Create detailed CAD models, engineering drawings, and fabrication documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in tool/fixture design for electro-mechanical or PCB assemblies. Strong understanding of mechanical tolerancing, GD&T, and material selection.
- Familiarity with PCB handling, ESD-safe design, and functional test setups.
- Hands-on experience with machining, 3D printing, or rapid prototyping.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $65.00/hr.
