Promote and support the onsite event and move program, fostering a strong safety culture and healthy work environment. As a subject matter expert, this role is integral to the organization, enforcing policies, inspections, audits, and scheduling of event set-up and moves to ensure compliance. Collaborate with the client and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely service. Provide schedule and support needs to management and supervisors.

Essential Functions:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the event and move program, ensuring full compliance with scheduled activities and maintaining the highest standards of safety across campus.
- Utilize the work order system for client requests.
- Ensure all moves and events are scheduled, and protocols are carried out effectively across the entire campus.
- Present status updates and schedules in client meetings.
- Maintain ABM training and documents are compliant.
- Must be available to cover any/all shifts to ensure work is complete and accommodate client's schedule.
- Maintain and monitor all documents for accuracy and completeness.
Qualifications:
- Ability to support a large multi-site workforce.
- Knowledge of ABM as well as federal and state safety regulations (OSHA).
- Compile technical data and prepare reports and presentations.
- Skilled in project management, problem-solving, and clear communication.
- Strong organizational skills required to direct activities and operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
