Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team of high achievers. With a number of high profile projects, our new team member will need to be detail oriented and bring broad experience in construction and project management.

Qualifications/Skills:

10 years experience overall

5 years experience with estimating, scheduling and managing vertical complex projects

CM, Civil Engineering degree or equivalent preferred

Competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Ability to:

Work autonomously and have proven success in client/subcontractor relationships

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Handle pressure, meet tight deadlines and make independent decisions

Attentive to detail and the broader picture

Quick self-starter, team-oriented and able to work with different personalities and professional styles to complete tasks

Service and client-oriented personality

Responsibilities:

Produce, review and approve project schedules and micro-phases of work

Manage subcontracts and purchase orders

Ensure that work meets company expectations for quality of workmanship, conformance to contract, and adherence to schedule

Ensure that jobsites comply with all applicable federal, state and local regulations, statutes, ordinances, rules and laws

Ensure that all employees, subcontractor employees, and visitors to the jobsite comply with company safety policies and procedures

Must be willing to travel, if required

Communication with Owner, A/E Team, project stakeholders

Understands and applies the company labor relations policies
