- Supply engineering assistance to other departments.
- Provide engineering and technical direction services for production employees.
- Assist in developing and improving current manufacturing processes.
- Ensure product and company reputation by complying with ASABE standards.
- Establish procedures for the uptime and maintenance of manufactured goods.
- Evaluate final products overall performance, reliability, and safety.
- Understand complex mechanical systems.
- Possess knowledge of hydraulics, hydraulic components, and hydraulic circuits.
- Effectively perform a Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Proficiency in mechanical design and SolidWorks.
- 5+ years of mechanical design experience within heavy/commercial equipment.
- Experience leading product improvement on current models.
- Extensive experience and understanding of SolidWorks.
- Experience with designing hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical employees.
The position involves working in both manufacturing and office environments.
