As a Project Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various capital investment projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully with the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Oversee capital investments related to the company's fixed assets with a cross-functional team.
  • Manage the relocation and optimization of existing fixed assets and the purchase of new assets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and ethical conduct throughout all project phases.
  • Facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders to promote a collaborative environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge within the engineering culture.

What's Needed?

  • Degree in an Engineering Field (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering) with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Project Management and Process Engineering experience in the food & dairy, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or consumer products industry is a plus.
  • Strong experience in managing project teams and facilitating change in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, MS Excel, Basic AutoCAD, and Visio.
  • In-depth knowledge of dry powder processing and packaging plants or similar technologies.
