PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project CoordinatorSpecialist to support high-impact technical and process improvement projects. In this key role, you'll be a driving force behind successful project execution, working alongside cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, manage documentation, track timelines, and maintain alignment across stakeholders. Your efforts will directly support operational excellence and timely project delivery in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of project milestones
Work with project managers, engineers, and external partners to monitor timelines and costs
Track deliverables and follow up on action items to maintain momentum
Maintain project documentation including meeting notes, invoices, and change order logs
Generate weekly and monthly status reports for leadership and stakeholders
Assist with project invoicing and vendor account creation in the PO system
Serve as liaison between internal departments including Projects, Sales, and Service
Schedule and facilitate project turnover meetings
Implement and support project management tools and processes
Assist with risk assessments, issue tracking, and budget monitoring
Participate in planning sessions and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Stronganizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Detail-focused with amitment to accuracy and follow-through
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Experience in HVAC or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with MS Project and project management methodologies such as Agile or Stage-Gate

Pay Details: $42.84 per hour
