Senior Project Manager - Electrical Engineering

What You Will Contribute to OHM Advisors As a Senior Electrical Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative electrical solutions for a diverse range of projects, including municipal, commercial, industrial, and institutional developments. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the growth of our electrical engineering practice. Your Responsibilities * Manage all phases of electrical engineering projects, from conception and design to construction administration and closeout. * Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. * Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. * Conduct technical reviews of drawings, specifications, and calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with codes and standards. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the electrical engineering department. * Collaborate with other disciplines, including civil, mechanical, and architectural teams, to deliver integrated project solutions. * Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Requirements Education, Experience, and Licensure: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program. * Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 4 years in a project management role. * Proven track record of successfully managing complex electrical projects from start to finish. * Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other relevant industry standards. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, AGi, EasyPower). * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. * Experience with business development and client relationship management is a plus. * Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
