Opportunity for an experienced Flooring Project Manager to join an established company in Columbus!

The Flooring Project Manager will complete take-offs for new bids and prepare submissions to customers. The PM will review and assess credit, assist with hiring subcontractors, manage the production/job calendar for all projects, walk job sites to review quality of work, generate new and replacement work, and create estimates.

Schedule:

7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday (with an additional one Saturday per month needed from 8 AM - 10 AM)

The majority of jobs are located nearby in Central Ohio, with some extending to other parts of Ohio and Kentucky.

Salary:

Pay will be a base + commission - $60,000 base with reasonable 1st year earnings estimated at $100,000 with uncapped potential. $150-200,000 reasonable expectation for future years.

Qualifications:

- Experience in general contracting to include flooring and/or drywall

- Multi-family residential experience is a plus

- Ability to read blue-prints, do-take-offs, and estimates

- Past experience hiring/managing subcontractors on project
