This position is responsible for analyzing company processes and working with department leaders to develop cost containment and care delivery strategies and processes. This position will play an important role in facilitating leading-edge change by driving excellence, technology adaptation, and performance metrics management to ensure for a sustainable culture of continuous improvement, organizational competency and efficiency, and lasting change. The position will work closely with business leaders to facilitate initiatives aimed at operational efficiencies through streamlined processes, delivery of higher quality products/services, and innovations to drive operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to identify inefficiencies and lead cross-functional efforts to improve operational performance through structured process engineering techniques
  • Leads functional and business unit process exercises to identify and develop new project
  • Organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members, and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in project plan.
  • Analyze complex operational challenges using data modeling, forecasting, and business analytics to guide decisions and prioritize initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and support remediation plans to address systemic issues and inefficiencies
  • Work with teams to author/facilitate strategic documents such as Project Charters, Education and Communication plans, and detailed project plans, and present project updates to business owners.
  • Ensure clarity of roles by helping define each team members deliverable for the project (RACI)
  • Create and track a project plan and task break down.
  • Works with Operations Leadership to develop full-scale project plans, define project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Track and report project progress, milestones, risks, and ROI metrics to business owners and executive leadership.
  • Create and enforce project schedules, ensuring all internal parties meet milestones and deadlines.
  • Communicate and escalate project issues and risks as appropriate.
  • Assists in building efficiencies by analyzing trends and identifying

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience in operational process
  • Results based communication style skill set with strong impact and influencing
  • Experience facilitating cross-functional
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and promote organizational change management
  • Strong analytical and data synthesis competencies with intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
  • Collaborative, consultative facilitator
  • Flexible and adaptable in process analysis and problem-solving approach
  • Able to work throughout the DBU vertically and
