Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager for a position in Columbus, OH.

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of federal grant and loan application tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and agreed upon timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Grant Submittal Manager to gather, organize, and maintain all necessary documentation for grant and loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure timely submission of applications.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the application process.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that may arise during the application processes.
  • Prepare regular updates and reports on project status, highlighting any issues or delays and proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Grant Submittal Manager in preparing and submitting grant applications.
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Federal Loan Manager in preparing and submitting Federal Loan applications.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, project management, or related field of study with 3 years qualified experience, or two-year Associate's degree in the same disciplines with 5 years of qualified experience.
  • Project management experience, preferably in grant writing or federal funding applications.
  • Knowledge in construction safety, negotiations, scope development/control, cost estimating, construction contracting, project controls/reporting, and quality control are beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with federal grant and loan application processes, as well as relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • This position may require occasional travel for meetings and project-related activities.
  • Valid driver's license required.
