Project Manager (PC) Location: Suffolk About the Role Our client is seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager (PC) to support the successful delivery of a major infrastructure work package. You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of the assigned scope, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. This position plays a key role in supporting a nationally significant infrastructure programme and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a complex, high-value project within a dynamic and safety-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full delivery lifecycle of a specific contract or package of work Ensure the project is executed safely, on time, and within scope and budget Oversee risk management, scheduling (Level 3), cost control, and earned value performance Support key programme milestones and progress reporting Interface with contractors and internal stakeholders to integrate all deliverables Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and regulators Essential Experience Demonstrable experience managing civil engineering projects, including groundworks, earthworks, or infrastructure Experience in sectors such as nuclear , major infrastructure , or heavy civil works Expertise in project delivery within regulated environments Familiarity with earned value management and contract administration (e.g., NEC or FIDIC) Strong track record of managing safety, quality, and performance in complex projects What We're Looking For A proactive, delivery-focused PM with strong coordination skills.
