The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an entry level Electrical Engineering candidate to support maintenance related Engineering and Planning efforts at NSWCCD (Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division).
This position is in Bethesda, MD and is 100% onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Design and development of specialized items
- Develop, create, troubleshoot, and review of engineering plans, and electromechanical control system
- Ensure product quality by designing electrical testing methods, testing finished products, and system capabilities.
- Provide electrical system planning including voltage, transformer size, amperage capacity, sizing of generators and/ or battery backup systems.
- Provide consult on limitations and specifications of facilities, and adapting systems to accommodate special test equipment as necessary.
- Work with tradesmen of all disciplines to troubleshoot and resolve system and facility issues
Qualifications:
Required:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related experience in construction or facilities engineering environments .
- 1+ years of related experience
- Facilities engineering experience
- Project management skills
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and experience with MS Office suite of products and CAD systems
- Eager to learn, self-starter.
Desired:
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience working on a DoD site
- Experience in construction
- Experience with NAVFAC
- Army Corps of Engineers experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:
