Who are we looking for?

**Strong Project Management experience in handling support and maintenance projects (Run &Change)

Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Experience in managing support projects.

Technical Skills:

Project Planning: Defining project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

Resource Management: Allocating resources (human, financial, etc.) effectively and efficiently to ensure project success.

Project Execution: Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the project, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact the project.

Stakeholder Management: Communicating project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and managing their expectations.

Budget Management: Tracking project expenditures, ensuring the project stays within the approved budget.

Quality Management: Ensuring that project deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring project progress, identifying variances, and reporting on project status to stakeholders.

Team Leadership: Leading and motivating the project team to achieve project objectives.

Behavioral Skills:

Very Good Communication skills

Analytical ability and good interpersonal skills

Good attitude

Qualification:

BE or equivalent
