We are actively looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our most crucial innovation projects and programs at Donaldson. This is an exciting opportunity to manage innovative research and development projects while collaborating with a broad group of internal and external resources. The project mix will be diverse as Corporate Technology projects are in support of a multitude of products and Industries. Role Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects concurrently providing leadership for cross functional global project teams Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resourcing, and coordination of projects from ideation through proof of concept, transfer, and commercialization Manage and coordinate internal and external activities while ensuring good customer relations and representing the interest of Donaldson Communicate project status and progress to senior leadership, and key stakeholders Build relationships with key stakeholders, team members, and vendors to enable successful outcomes Promote safety & facilitate equipment deployment by applying industry standards in procurement requirements TRAVEL: Up to 20% Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field 5+ years of project management experience 1+ year of project leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership qualities, project management skills, and fluent with project management frameworks, methodologies, and tools. Successful track record of interaction with senior level professionals to drive business outcomes, resolve issues, and build consensus Prior experience working with Research and Development or Innovation teams PMP or other program management certification Presentation skills and ability to communicate at all levels Ability to effectively manage the interaction of vendors and customers Annual Salary Range : $93,800 - $122,000. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, performance. This position is eligible for annual incentive plan based on performance and company growth.
