Create and interpret technical documents such as component specifications, system blueprints and analytical reports using analytic methods in engineering to support decision- making for system upgrades and new installments; Optimize energy consumption and efficiency of fluid and mechanical systems by analyzing power usage and implementing strategies to reduce waste; Conduct root cause analysis to identify performance inefficiencies and predict failures using engineering analysis techniques; Utilizing analytical methods to develop mathematical models and simulations for troubleshooting mechanical and thermal systems, optimizing, power distribution and improving system performance overall; Analyze and optimize fluid power systems by applying principles of fluid dynamics to improve the efficiency of hydraulic and pneumatic systems; Design and execute system testing and validation procedures to ensure mechanical equipment meets performance and safety standards; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, automation specialists, and production managers, to integrate mechanical systems with overall plant operations.
