Pay/Schedule:
- Weekdays 8:00a.m.-4:30p.m.
- $26.00-$29.00 USD Hourly
Key Responsibilities :
- Manages more high maintenance accounts, normally from the outside Salespeople. Leading Account Managers through the process of rendering to Production
- Responsible for tracking and communicating all account specific requirements to internal team members to ensure designs, specs, estimates and quotes are executed within these expectations.
- Proactive in problem solving. Knows the right internal team member with whom to connect for resolution.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives about Instore processes.
- Act as a backup for meetings and other responsibilities in the absence of the Client Services Manager.
- Provides a direct interface to the customer, AE, plus internal teams to resolve inquiries, questions and problems to complete orders on time.
- Participates in and/or facilitates Design Kick offs, Prototype Kick offs, Pre pro meetings, multiple conference calls, video calls and meetings to discuss execution of project (s) prior to release of purchase orders.
- Foster and enhance customer relationships through participation in customer visits and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage timelines, logistics spreadsheets, costs and delivery schedules.
- Processes all orders following department procedures and updates progress of projects through the project management program and meetings.
- Manages approvals of art, carton copy and instruction sheets
- For new orders, work with customers directly as well as AE to collect customer specifications and production requirements
- Basic inventory management skills: tracking part quantities. Knows where to look for inventory information. Can spot errors or inconsistencies.
- Verifies all information is included and entered for all orders within the specified timeframes, to include but not limited to purchase order details, tooling, shipping costs.
- Adjusts and changes to orders, updates paperwork and computer programs, and informs appropriate internal personnel of these adjustments and changes.
- Responsibly handles all aspects of incorrect and/or problem orders, informing all personnel. Provides information to determine root cause and offers effective resolutions to prevent recurrences.
- Reports all required information related to customer dissatisfaction/compliments to internal teams.
- Ensure all information is provided to accounting to establish new accounts, and for the timely invoicing of all shipments, customer supplied tooling and materials.
- Effectively manages workload to meet customer and internal information requirements and timelines. Openly communicates swings in workload and customer expectations to coworkers and management.
- Provides coverage to other project coordinator’s accounts when they are out of the office, or workload demands additional support.
- Quick learn and effective use of the following computer programs: Web Center, Visual, Excel, Word, Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, Adobe, Salesforce, and various customer portals.

Qualifications:
- Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalency, College degree preferred.
- A minimum of four years’ experience in a customer relations position creating and processing customer orders and/or four years’ POP industry/Manufacturing experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; legible handwriting to record information and fill out forms; experience in computer data entry, information processing, generation and maintenance of spreadsheets, and experience with Microsoft software; telephone/computer etiquette skills; ability to perform mathematical calculations involving adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions, decimals and percentages; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a timely manner; ability to solve problems and make adjustments regarding equipment, process and product; capable of dealing with deadline pressures; integrity regarding confidential and proprietary information.
- Remains current on changes in policies, procedures, and product information.
- Understands areas of Visual to retrieve information
- Can understand estimates, drawings, and other supportive material for a project.
- Knows who to talk to in the plant to find info and where to find hardware, finished goods, and packing materials.
- Responsible for the success of onboarding new customers and retailers through developing processes for execution and collaborating with internal teams.
- Attend regular training sessions, offsite course/seminars or vendor sessions to gain a deeper understanding of the various coordinated processes that provide customers with unique service and product offerings. Enhance job growth through continuing education, as necessary.
