Project Manager – Small Cell/Fiber
Location: New York Region (Hybrid: Tues–Thurs in-office, Mon & Fri remote)
Pay Rate: $49/hour (W2)
Max Client Bill Rate: /hr
Travel: Up to 20% (for team/client meetings)
Remote Policy: May be 100% remote if based in the NY region. Candidates near Manhattan or West Henrietta will report to the local office.

We are seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects , with a focus on small cell and fiber . This role requires experience in project execution, financial oversight, customer interaction, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom or a related industry and be comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Manage projects from initiation to completion across multiple disciplines including design, permitting, construction, and close-out
Develop and maintain accurate project plans, schedules, and budgets
Lead cross-functional internal meetings and external customer status meetings
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues; provide mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with contracts, internal processes, and customer expectations
Maintain accurate documentation in project tracking systems and ensure timely close-out
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
PMP Certification preferred
Experience:
3–5 years of project management experience in wireless/telecom OR other industries
Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financials
Proven ability to lead customer-facing projects
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data organization, analysis)
Advanced knowledge of telecom deployment, permitting, and construction
Familiarity with right-of-way and regulatory processes
Ability to identify workflow issues and propose solutions
Proficiency in interpreting financial metrics and managing budget risks
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of telecom infrastructure: telco, power, fiber, antennas, etc.
