Junior Project Manager - Smartsheets, Web Projects

Position OverviewOur Manufacturing client is seeking a part-time Junior Project Manager to join their team September 2025 - June 2026. This position is 20 hrs/week and primarily remote, but this person will need to go onsite to their office in Cincinnati, OH once per week. The Junior Project Manager will assist in the planning, review, and migration from Sitecore to Sitecore Cloud. This role is designed for individuals looking to grow their skills in project management while working collaboratively. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholdersSupport the planning and scheduling of project timelines and milestonesCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendorsSchedule project meetings Monitor project progress via SmartsheetsInteract with development and web team to ensure projects are on track Assist in managing project documentation and communication between teamsQualifications1+ years of experience with Project Management, ideally with a focus and knowledge of web projectsFamiliarity with project management software and tools such as Smartsheets Strong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of web projects and web project management methodologiesIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
