Join our dynamic team as a Project Engineer, where you will provide engineering leadership to a diverse team, managing projects that span multiple disciplines. You will be instrumental in developing statements of work, collaborating with customers, and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
• 3 years of experience leading or managing multi-disciplinary engineering project teams.
• Experience developing and tracking program plans/schedules and budgets for technical projects

• Project Management Professional Certification
• Experience with proposal development and contract negotiations
• Experience with Export Compliance or International programs
• Experience developing and tracking program plans/schedules and budgets for technical projects
• Project management experience in an engineering environment
• Experience in engineering project planning or project management
• Experience supporting weapons systems
• Experience working directly with government customers
• Experience collaborating across functions and organizations

• Provide engineering leadership to a team representing multiple skill areas
• Develop statements of work to satisfy research, development, and business requirements
• Work with customers and management to obtain approval for project plans
• Respond to changes in statements of work and negotiate modifications as needed
• Lead project execution and identify performance metrics
• Plan and coordinate resources required over the life of the project
• Define plans for risk mitigation and opportunities
• Compare actual results to baseline plans to assess performance and productivity
• Provide technical, business, and integration leadership for project execution
