HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in project studies, planning, and design services for municipal water and wastewater utilities.
• Deliver technical designs for water and wastewater treatment projects, including engineering calculations, equipment sizing, and specifications.
• Coordinate project development, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring alignment with client objectives and satisfaction.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of project documents and oversee the preparation of detailed construction document packages.
• Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, scopes, budgets, and schedules for professional services.
• Engage with leadership to manage staffing and workload across project lifecycles.

ARE YOU A WATER AND WASTEWATER ENGINEERING ROCK STAR?

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in municipal water/wastewater engineering projects.
• Strong technical expertise in water and wastewater infrastructure design and implementation.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering (Master's, BCEE, PMP, LEED AP preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in South Carolina or the ability to obtain.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both oral and written.
• Proven leadership skills and a commitment to mentoring junior staff.
