What You'll Be Doing: Leading bids, proposals, and product concepts for new electronic products. Driving strategic technology planning and multi-generational product development. Designing and implementing concept solutions for Independent Research and Development (IRAD) projects. Providing technical leadership and mentoring to your team. Tackling hands-on design challenges and delivering high-quality solutions. Your Superpowers: Circuit design and analysis. EMI mitigation and signal integrity analysis. What We're Looking For: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Electronics Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. 8-10 years of experience in electronic design. Proven expertise in electronic product development. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. A lean mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Bonus Points For: A Master's degree in engineering. Experience in complex avionics systems development. Cross-domain expertise in electronic design, custom logic design, and software development. Direct customer engagement experience. Knowledge of EMC, thermal testing, and product qualification. Salary Range: $121,500.00 - $162,100.00 DOE. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 10/31/25.
