Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager plays a critical leadership role, overseeing a team of Project Managers and managing select high-impact projects. This individual ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within scope, schedule, and budget. The Project Manager will also mentor junior Project Managers, enforce company standards, and serve as a strategic liaison between field operations and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a team of Project Managers.
  • Manage select high-impact projects to ensure efficient and safe execution.
  • Ensure projects are completed within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Mentor junior Project Managers and enforce company standards.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between field operations and executive leadership.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum 810 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling software, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification preferred.
Work Environment

This position is based onsite in Richmond.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of North Chesterfield, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
