Were looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee new builds, remodels, and renovation projects that directly support our mission of improving patients lives worldwide.
What Youll Do
Lead multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and compliance with company policies.
Oversee site surveys, design coordination, and construction execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Security, Procurement, Real Estate).
Identify risks, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
5+ years of construction/project management experience.
Strong knowledge of budgets, schedules, contracts, and AIA formats.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to travel up to 60% nationwide.
Pay rate 44.00 an hour
