We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Asset Management Project Manager to join our growing Funding and Asset Management practice area. This role is an opportunity to bring both strategy and leadership to projects that help our clients extend the life of critical infrastructure, improve operational efficiency, and achieve long-term goals for their communities.

This opportunity is a hybrid role based out of our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, data analytics, engineering, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in asset management, facility operations, project management, data analysis, or a related field
  • Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
  • Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Knowledge of contracts, budgeting, forecasting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (a plus, but not required)
  • IAM Certification (a plus, but not required)
  • Experience in water/wastewater infrastructure (a plus, but not required)
  • Knowledge of facility operations, lifecycle management, capital planning, GIS mapping, or hydraulic modeling (a plus, but not required)

Working Conditions

The assignment may require infrequent evening/weekend work and job site visits outdoors. Candidates should enjoy working in collaborative, fast-paced, and client-driven environment.

Physical Requirements

The assignment may occasionally require repetitive physical tasks (such as operating a computer), standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time, extended time travelling in a vehicle, and carrying equipment and materials up to 25 pounds.
