Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project intake and coordinate with contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Review energy savings calculations and inspection reports for multifamily energy efficiency projects
- Track and manage project data using proprietary software systems
- Collect and verify project documentation including equipment specs, financials, and housing qualifications
- Provide feedback to contractors based on inspection results to ensure compliance
- Monitor program milestones and reporting metrics
- Attend industry events and engage with stakeholders as needed
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams, contractors, and clients
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- 12 years of experience in energy efficiency, multifamily housing, or project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with energy efficiency principles and technologies
- Proficiency in project management tools, spreadsheets, and workflow software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of energy-efficient gas technologies (e.g., boilers, steam systems) or electrification measures (e.g., heat pumps)
- Interest in HVAC systems and mechanical components such as chillers, cooling towers, and air handlers
