- Coordinate project intake and guide contractors through the full lifecyclefrom engagement to final payment
- Review energy savings calculations and inspection results
- Track and manage projects using internal data systems
- Collect and verify documentation (equipment specs, financials, housing qualifications, etc.)
- Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and clients
- Attend industry events and build relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with program standards and support quality assurance
- Monitor progress and contribute to process improvements
- Bachelors degree (preferably in engineering or a related field)
- 12 years of experience in energy efficiency, multifamily housing, or project coordination
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with energy efficiency principles and technologies
- Proficiency in project tracking tools and software
- Understanding of HVAC systems, building envelope, boilers, and electrification technologies
- Experience working with low-to-moderate income housing programs
- Ability to analyze technical elements of building systems (lighting, HVAC, hot water, etc.)
- Comfort with public speaking and client presentations
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days/week in the Financial District office
- Collaborative team reporting to a Program Manager
