Electrical Engineer

Our client, a global leader in aerospace technologies, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Eng Enterprise Department supporting the APU Control Systems team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, and technical expertise which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site)

Pay Range: $41.25/hr

Whats the Job?

• Lead APU control systems engineering with a focus on electronic control units and airborne electronic hardware.
• Provide production and factory support, including resolving support cases and releasing Engineering Change Notices.
• Substantiate and justify design changes related to production/factory support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (component engineering, certification, test, and materials).
• Ensure compliance with DO-254 design assurance standards for Airborne Electronic Hardware.

Whats Needed?

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 35+ years of experience in product development, systems integration, and factory support.
• Hands-on experience developing CCAs/PCBs, conducting circuit analysis and modeling, and performing electronic testing.
• Knowledge of substantiation/justification processes for change documents in electronic components.
• Familiarity with DO-254 compliance and aerospace safety-critical systems.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
