Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in the MEP field. The ideal candidate will have between 10 to 15 years of experience, specifically in HVAC design and project management. This role requires proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD 3D, with the ability to oversee projects and manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage HVAC design projects from conception to completion.
  • Oversee a team of engineers and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Utilize Revit and AutoCAD 3D for designing and planning mechanical systems.
  • Engage in project management activities to ensure successful project execution.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
Essential Skills
  • 10-15 years of experience in the MEP field.
  • Proficiency in HVAC design and project management.
  • Strong skills in Revit and AutoCAD 3D.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • EIT (Engineer in Training) or PE (Professional Engineer) certification preferred.
  • Experience with commercial projects is preferred.
Work Environment

This position is based 100% onsite at our Boston office. We are focused on growing our MEP team and are looking for someone who can contribute to business development.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Boston, Massachusetts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
