Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required (field of study: Business, Engineering, or related).
• 2–3 years of project management experience in manufacturing or consumer goods.
• PMP certification or equivalent training is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex pharmaceutical projects.
• Drive continuous process improvements.
• Manage commercialization projects from initial approval through first production.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Procurement, Quality, Sales, and Marketing to keep projects on track.
• Oversee project documentation, including protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Complies with internal processes and procedures.
• Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
• Proven success working with all levels of management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
