We are seeking a National Accounts Project Manager to lead and execute complex, large-scale national client projects involving new construction, SaaS platform deployment, physical hardware installation, and ongoing service delivery. This role combines strategic project oversight with hands-on field execution, requiring strong technical depth, operational experience, and the ability to lead through influence. In this role, you would play a central part in ensuring that job sites are ready, installations are coordinated and executed properly, and takeovers are seamless. You would be supported by a team of project managers and assistant project managers, some under your direct management and others through informal leadership, while maintaining personal accountability for the successful delivery of high-visibility, high-impact projects. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of field operations, technical systems, and cross-functional project leadership, and who understands that national account delivery demands excellence at every level.

Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Leadership
Own full-lifecycle project delivery across construction, installation, SaaS configuration, and service handoff for complex national accounts.
Serve as the central coordination point across internal teams (Sales, Ops, Product, Engineering) and external stakeholders (clients, GCs, subcontractors).
Provide direct and indirect leadership and operational oversight to assigned project managers and assistant project managers, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution support.
Site Readiness & Field Execution
Conduct and oversee site readiness checks during the construction phase to confirm installation prerequisites (e.g., power, cabling, internet, floor plans, delivery staging).
Regularly travel to project sites to validate conditions, support field teams, resolve on-site issues, and coordinate contractor and technician activity.
Ensure installation teams are enabled with the right equipment, documentation, drawings, and guidance to execute flawlessly.
Account Takeovers & Transitions
Lead project workstreams related to account takeovers, coordinating field teams, systems changes, and client expectations during the transition.
Ensure proper documentation, technical handoffs, and quality checks are completed prior to operational handover.
Technical & Operational Problem Solving
Partner with engineers, IT, and field leaders to support the setup, testing, and troubleshooting of integrated solutions (hardware, SaaS, network connectivity).
Resolve technical blockers, coordinate field escalations, and ensure systems are functioning as intended at go-live.
Standardization & Process Improvement
Contribute to the development of scalable project templates, checklists, and site readiness protocols that elevate execution quality across the organization.
Act as a center of excellence for national account delivery, modeling the behaviors and practices expected from project teams company-wide.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in project management or field operations with a strong focus on construction environments, technology installations, and/or enterprise client delivery.
Experience with complex deployments involving SaaS platforms and physical hardware (e.g., access control, video monitoring, IoT, security systems).
Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects, often with matrixed reporting structures and diverse stakeholder groups.
Ability to lead project teams (including project managers and assistants) with clarity, structure, and urgency.
Hands-on knowledge of construction sequencing, job site coordination, and technical deployment requirements.
Strong communication, documentation, and issue resolution skills with a client-first mindset.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project) and field collaboration platforms.
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites as needed.
