Job Description We are looking for an experienced Temporary Project Manager, Experience Design. As an integral part of the project management team the Project Manager, Experience Design, is responsible for providing day-to-day tactical support in the management of all activities with internal teams, agency clients and external partners for the assigned business/product. In this role, you will ensure all assigned tasks are delivered on time and budget, and according to internal processes and industry best practices. In this role you will: Prepare and own timeline, budgets and project scopes across multiple workstreams Manage resourcing allocations with resource management team Involve team at the necessary levels for project success and overall account utilization Manage daily hot sheet reports, issues tracker, etc. (agency) Manage meeting notes (agency) Work with team to initiate new jobs within the agency Manage workflows Manage team hours and out-of-pocket expenses in collaboration with Finance, Account Management and Production Proactively course correct when needed Ensure quality control of all end product Contribute to the development and enforce efficient processes Bring new ideas and industry best practices recommendations for senior management's consideration Master and manage escalation processes Manage $2-5MM in business (with senior oversight) Qualifications: As the successful candidate you will demonstrate the following experience: Managing the creation of omnichannel customer experience journeys Planning, organization, and time management skills and analysis/assessment campaign capabilities Understanding dynamics of multi-discipline teams and resolve team-related issues that could impact deliverables Prioritization of multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced deadline driven environment Core Project Management skills in organization, facilitation, attention to detail, negotiation, and communication in keeping team members up to date on status of projects, and scheduling meetings Participate in/lead cross-agency teams Understand both low and mid-level complexity project cycle process, and apply this when assisting SPMs with the management of concurrent work, ensuring review and approval of all team members on each round of review Uphold quality control standards, ensuring milestone sign off from cross-agency departments as well as general circulation of approval from team members during routing cycle Embody professional, proactive, and collaborative behavior that mirrors the Merkle values Exceptional organizational skills and good presentation skills A strong work ethic that includes a "get the job done" attitude Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 5+ years' Senior PM experience in an integrated agency or relevant environment Additional Information: The hourly pay range for this position is $32.69-$52.88. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
