Mechanical Engineer Lead HVAC/Plumbing Engineering
Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid 2 days onsite)
Schedule: MonFri, 7 AM 4 PM
Salary: $120K$150K DOE + Car Allowance
Important: Candidates must have all of the following to be considered:
Current Washington State Mechanical Engineering license
Proven experience with Revit and Bluebeam software
Residency in Washington State
About the Role:
Lead HVAC/plumbing projects with a focus on technical leadership, fieldwork, and client management across King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage service contracts, technician scheduling, billing, and quality assurance
Conduct site visits and equipment inspections
Provide design and construction leadership
Develop new business and maintain client relationships
Requirements:
7+ years mechanical design or field service experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform site visits including ladder climbing
