CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager II - Nuclear Projects opening for our client in Richland, WA. Location: Richland, WA Duration: 12 months Duties: Manage project activities for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line work to ensure safe, high-quality, timely, and budget-conscious execution. Oversee planning, scheduling, procurement, clearance preparation, and execution activities for assigned projects. Develop budgets and track cost performance versus budget. Interface with clients, vendors, engineering, and project teams to monitor progress and enforce accountability. Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules with risk management, critical path tracking, and resource allocation. Manage vendor contracts and procurement processes. Prepare and deliver written and verbal reports to senior management. Maintain and develop long-range strategic project plans. Support the station's Self-Assessment and Corrective Action Program. Provide outage support including Operations Control Center (OCC) activities. Skills: Proficiency in managing complex, multidiscipline nuclear projects. Strong knowledge of cost-effective work execution, human performance improvement methods, and error reduction techniques. Advanced knowledge of project management tools, MS Office suite, and work control systems (e.g., Passport). Familiarity with regulatory and procedural requirements in nuclear operations, maintenance, engineering, and construction. Skilled in evaluating maintenance programs, procedures, and project schedules. Strong leadership and mentoring ability. Experience: Minimum 14 years of technical field experience with a bachelor's degree; 16 years with an AA/AS degree; or 18 years with a high school diploma/GED. Extensive experience managing commercial nuclear projects in maintenance, operations, engineering, or construction. Experience in outage coordination, project execution, and direct supervision in a nuclear environment. Prior experience in production coordination and work management is strongly preferred. Diverse assignment experience preferred (e.g., military, QA/QC, aerospace, or semiconductor industry). Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field from an accredited college or university. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required. Construction Management Certification desired. Advanced degree in a related field may substitute for 2 years of experience. RO/SRO License, CGS Management Certification, or similar qualifications preferred.
