**What are your contributions to the team?**

+ Investigate design build issues and develop structural engineering and instrumentation installation solutions

+ Author temporary engineering to resolve build issues in a timely manner

+ Dispositioning aircraft non-conformances including rework instructions. (MRB)

+ Perform aircraft and engineering drawing investigation and coordination with affected engineering disciplines, Quality Assurance and operations manufacturing representatives.

+ Design Flight Test engineering change requests and coordinate with work package owners

+ Author engineering to define structural special instructions or restrictions

+ Design and Release Special Missions Engineering structural and systems installations

**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:**

+ You have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited University.

+ You have a minimum of 10 years industry experience

+ You are a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder) as per US ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) Requirements

+ You have experience in Special Missions or Aftermarket modifications

+ You have experience supporting manufacturing and aircraft modifications

+ You have experience as design authority approval for engineering

+ You have experience leading a team of engineers (preferred)
