Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise PMO Coordinator to support large-scale application initiatives within a mature Agile environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized, strategic professional who thrives in complex enterprise settings and is looking to grow into a Project Manager role over time. Youll work closely with senior PMs and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate enterprise application projects across business functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain
Operate within a structured Agile PMO, supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder alignment
Develop and manage meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and communication plans
Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accountability
Support risk identification, issue tracking, and continuous improvement efforts across the PMO
Required Qualifications
Recent experience as a Project Coordinator within a PMO at a Fortune 1000+ organization, focused on application development and business systems
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise IT environments
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated leadership in driving coordination across diverse teams
Clear ambition and readiness to transition into a Project Manager role within 13 years
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting senior PMs and contributing to strategic planning
Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and enterprise PMO practices
Exposure to change management and governance frameworks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $55.00/hr.
